Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computing, Prathiba combines technical expertise with strong leadership to streamline operations and support Stallion Finance’s mission of delivering trusted, customer-first financial solutions.

Before joining Stallion Finance in 2023, Prathiba served as an Office Manager, where she honed her skills in process efficiency and client coordination. From 2019 to 2022, she managed a car dealership branch, leading sales and operations while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
